Frank E. Scarbrough, D.M.D.
Dr. Scarbrough is a native of Savannah, Georgia. He completed his undergraduate studies at Mercer University and received his doctorate degree from the Medical College of Georgia, during which time he was inducted into the national honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He completed his surgical internship at Charity Hospital/LSU Medical Center-Shreveport. He then returned to the Medical College of Georgia, where he completed his final four years of surgical training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Scarbrough is dual board certified by both the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is an active member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, and the Georgia Dental Association. He is licensed by the State of Georgia in Dentistry and in General Anesthesia.
Dr. Scarbrough practices the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, with the surgical procedures based on evidence-based outcomes. He has a special clinical interest in dental implants and the surgical management of impacted third molars (wisdom teeth). With extensive training in outpatient anesthesia, attention is directed in providing these procedures in a pleasant and comfortable manner.
Dr. Scarbrough resides in Savannah with his wife, two sons and three dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys boating and spending time with his family.

Dr. Michael Wilson is a 1995 graduate of Clemson University, where he received a degree in Biological Sciences. In 2000, he received his doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. Following dental school, Dr. Wilson completed a one-year General Practice residency at the University of Texas. From there, he went on to the Medical College of Virginia, where he completed his internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2002, then finished his OMS residency as Chief Resident in 2006. Dr. Wilson is an active member of The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and The American Dental Association. He has a particular clinical interest in dentoalveolar surgery and dental implants.
Dr. Wilson is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and board certified with the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Wilson resides in Savannah, GA with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Paul M. Hinchey, D.M.D., M.D.
Dr. Hinchey comes to Chatham Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery with an outstanding record of achievement. Dr. Hinchey graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from Washington and Lee University and received his dental education at Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. Upon graduating, he completed his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he received his medical doctorate and also served as chief resident of the oral and maxillofacial surgery service.
Dr. Hinchey resides in Savannah with his wife, two children and his dog Cali. In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving, hunting and fishing.
