Chatham Oral Surgery converts to Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

In compliance with new federal laws, as well as in an effort to protect the privacy of our patients, we have begun the process of converting our paper charts to Electronic Medical Records.  With EMR, we have the ability to electronically store all personal and insurance information, treatment, prescriptions, imaging, patient photos, etc.  Not only is the information secure and protected in our software, we have the ability to e-mail the digital files securely to other providers, rather than risk sending confidential information through conventional mailing methods.  Please know that your privacy is our #1 priority.
